We stopped here at lunch, they do serve brunch as well, because they had some outdoor seating available just east of the Mall on Pearl and it was a great decision for us. Very good Latin food. The Cuban sandwich was amazing as well as the Kale salad. We saw many dishes that looked great pass us by while we... More

A friend recommended this place and it was excellent. Had the fish tacos, salad, ceviche and octopus. Perfect for sharing and all was tasty. Sunday night happy hour made the price right

Great service at the bar on a Sunday evening; all day happy hour is a genius concept that every place should adopt.

I have eaten at Aji several times of the past couple of months and cannot say enough positive things about their food and drinks. Today, for lunch, I had the enchilada with pulled pork - the flavors were exquisite, and the presentation delightful, far above your run of the mill Mexican restaurant. At a recent happy hour, I had the... More

My family and I stopped in for breakfast and were very disappointed. Though we were able to sit right away and there were only 4-5 tables taken, it took about 1 1/2 hours to be served and the food was very average, barely adequate. Would not recommend.

We enjoyed a pleasant lunch here while strolling along Pearl Street. Attractively located in a re-purposed Boulder building. Plenty of Mexican choices, but the guacamole and enchiladas were clearly the winners. Pleasant service, if a bit slow. Larger than most Pearl Street restaurants, you can usually find a seat here.

Walking on the Pearl Street Mall, getting hungry and eenie, meanie, minie, mo and fingers pointed to Aji. What a great, random pick. Restaurant was in an old renovated building with wonderful architectural details to which someone devoted a lot of thought. Service was great, pleasant wait-staff and a reasonably diverse menu. Well worth a stop for lunch.

Enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. Shared tasty and nicely presented chips and guacamole. Then two of us had Seared Sea Scallops - delicious, one had chicken with coconut rice - good, and one had the Churrasco - sweet corn soup then skewered beef with side dishes - you need a good appetite to tackle that one, but very tasty.
