This isn't just the best breakfast in Breck, its one of the best breakfasts Ive had anywhere! If you're a "Bloody Mary with breakfast while on vacation" type, you cannot miss this place - serious OMG! Great service too!!

Outstanding. We went after reading the reviews on breakfast and it did not disappoint. I loved the Corned beef eggs Benedict w a Cappucino

The one downfall of this place is that once you go and enjoy not only the out of this world food but the impeccable service. No other breakfast you have will ever compare. I cannot wait to be sitting outside again sipping on some mountain chai and enjoying the crisp air.

Had breakfast here last week with a couple of friends. Columbine is a favorite with locals and visitors alike. Avoid the wait and get there early for breakfast. Everybody seems to love the corned beef hash!

Best breakfast in town - period. Open until 1:30 serves lunch as well but have never tried it. The Hash eggs Benedict are great as well as the pancakes, etc. etc. etc. Do not miss for breakfast. Plan ahead, the line can get really long on the weekends. We only waited 10 minutes on a Tuesday around 11.

We thought we'd give this place a try one morning for breakfast and were not disappointed! We had only a short wait, but well worth it. Great homemade breakfast. The service was fast and very friendly! Wish we would have been in town longer to eat here again. A must visit if you are in town!

My husband and both loved our noon time meal. The restaurant was a little crowded at noon but only had to wait briefly for a table. I had the half soup and sandwich combo of Chicken tortilla soup and a half roast beef sandwich. I must confess I'm always a bit apprehensive in ordering roast beef, but it was very... More

The food was ok, nothing special. We had a hair in our eggs and the waiter seemed annoyed we were sending it back. Waiter wasn't super attentive or friendly. Won't be back.

3 of us had a great meal at the Columbine Cafe in Breck. The service was fast, friendly, accurate and welcoming, even though we arrive just a little before closing. We ordered all kinds of strange combinations of breakfast and lunch food and everything was great! Great taste, presentation and again, great service! Loved it! Oh the HOT Apple Cider... More
