The wine may be fine but the chicken was raw. We sent it back twice and both times it came back bloody. We were offered some free wine as a consolation prize I guess. Some people like the place but for me and my family, we will pass.

This is where my wife and I go to reward ourselves for being good. I always order the Buffalo Wine Burger and my wife orders the Smoked Salmon Ceasar Salid. I like the Two Rivers Cabernet with the Wine Burger and my wife likes the Two Rivers Chardonnay with her salad. Occasionally, when it is super cold we'll order the... More

Despite being close to a major highway the "Wines of Colorado" has a quiet atmosphere about it. The creek next to the outdoor seating area doesn't "babble" like creeks are supposed to but it is very calming. The staff is efficient and friendly. The menu has variety and is tasty. It is a fine place to stop and eat after... More

the gentleman inside gave me a sample of a very light wine similar to a white Zinfandel & it was VERY good. Our meal was quite good & we enjoyed eating outside, this was our first visit but it won't be our last. Thank you,

Friends who live in Colorado Springs took me here ... it is FANTASTIC!! I don't drink - so passed on the wine, but the food is terrific!! Eat on the balcony and enjoy the stream below and the trees. I will be back!! Not far from the highway and is on the way to Pike's Peak. Not a huge place... More

A great place to stop for lunch or dinner while exploring the Ute Pass area. Right off the highway and entrance to the Pikes Peak highway. Food is good. Great selection of wines too.

The food is great (especially the trout) and the wine is wonderful. (You can taste-test various varieties before deciding what you want!) But the greatest part of this locale is the creekside dining. Of course, it's best to save this spot for a day when the weather is cooperative. Then wait (if you have to) for a spot near the... More

Nestled at the foot of Pikes Peak in Cascade, Colorado, The Wines of Colorado is an unheralded, romantic oasis and an easy 15 minute drive from downtown Colorado Springs. True to its name, the restaurant, tasting room, retail wine sales and gift shop, all do a brisk sip-and-sup business, but while oenophiles can be found sniffing their way around the tasting room, epicureans retire to the wood planked deck or Creekside dining area to feast on towering sandwiches and burgers, including the very popular buffalo wine burger, a juice-dribbling, hand formed patty sky scraped with grilled onions, sauteed mushrooms, and roasted green chilis.

Dine in the shade of the willows and pines next to Fountain Creek or on our sunny deck overlooking the creek. Combined with great food and wine, this is the Colorado experience you have been looking for.

Shielded from the sun by wispy willow trees and aromatic pines along the creek, The Wines of Colorado is the perfect place to enjoy your getaway.
