I think the chef may have changed, because the food has gone from decent and different - to not even mediocre. It's convenient for downtown lunches, but beyond that, I won't be frequenting here anymore. Service was unbelievably slow and food just tasted awful.

We went there on a spur of the moment for New Years Eve dinner. As expected the regular menu was not available, but they had a holiday menu (pretty normal, so everything is streamlined and I think gives better service on busy holidays). Went in with no expectations since it is not our normal choices in type. My husband loved... More

The Waitresses were exceptional! The Best! The New Years Eve 5 course dinner was no where worth the money this time. We did not complain about the food but it was all luke warm. The flavors in the soup and a piece of shrimp were nice but not the quality we were used to in the past. The dessert was... More

I've never been very excited about this restaurant but it has a good location downtown and I've had some decent food a couple of times. One time I got an iceberg salad with brown lettuce and another time the server was so untrained it was a huge distraction to the meal. So my husband and I showed up last night... More

We were so excited to patron this restaurant. A lot of locals had great things to say about it. However, that was not my experience. I went for a business lunch and the service was horrible. It literally took us about two hours from start to finish. They had two employees working. I had the coconut Thai bowl. It was... More

Nice quiet atmosphere...good food and service. We enjoyed the ambience and the personalized service. Food was good but nothing special for the prices.

While visiting with family in Denver we drove to Colorado Springs. We ate at Nosh in the downtown area and we're pleasantly surprised. The 4 of us ordered 2 Spicy Bowls, a Pad Thai with anise chicken, and grilled salmon. Everyone enjoyed their meals immensely. My salmon was grilled perfectly with sides of rice and grilled asparagus. Should we return... More

Had lunch here during a recent visit to COS and was quite impressed. Waiter offered excellent advice, and I thoroughly enjoyed the pork belly BLT ... the pork was excellent and the pickled kale gave it a nice, spicy kick. Friendly, welcoming place.

NOSH has changed their menu and I am not a fan. Friday evening at 730 and they had already run out of 3 items. The amazing chicken and waffles dish is gone. We had a rice bowl and hamburger. Food was just so so.

Found this place by accident as I was looking for lunch. It's a hidden gem inside an office tower overlooking this little park. Very friendly and helpful staff. The menu had a very west coast, organic/vegan/vegetarian feel to it as it had all the options available. I had the Spicy Bowl with Shrimp and loved it.
