First time visitor, the place was full and we found out why. We all had something different but all were chicken , lamb, beef plates. Another had a veggie plate. Service was a bit slow but it was worth it.

Ordered a Falafel Plate snd a Beef and Lamb Plate with a side order of fries. Everything was prepared expertly and placed carry out containers. It was well prepared and more than we can eat at one seating. So we have leftovers.for tomorrow. Heart of Jerusalem is a great place. Their tea is refreshing.

What a wonderful place to eat! The food is nice and fresh. They also accommodated a gluten free eater. The food came out very fast, as well. Best hummus in town! A food experience not to be missed!

I try to eat at Heart of Jerusalem every time I visit Colorado Springs. I first experienced their food while vacationing in Manitou Springs. This time I was on the other side of town at the Austin Bluffs location. The falafel is some of the best I have ever had, and the sage tea is fantastic.

Heart of Jerusalem is an unexpected find in the middle of Colorado Springs. We eat Middle Eastern food pretty regularly and were very pleasantly surprised with the quality and quantity of their food. I got the vegetarian plate and my husband got a lamb plate and we both thought they were great. The plates come with lots of little sides... More

First off I found a groupon deal for this shop while visiting my daughter in CS. It is a small comfortable place, 1 young gentleman as a server. I ordered the beef and lamb plate, shaved meat, not chunks. Price was ok, $8.99, but if you want it on a "little " portion of rice, it's $1.99 extra. So $11.00... More

Christina the head chef welcomed us as we walked in. I can see why she's the head chef food was phenomenal. Any time we feel like Mediterranean this is the place we choose, there isn't another restaurant even close in the Springs.

They DO NOT follow their posted hours! Have stopped by there 3 times - First time at noon on a Saturday and they were closed despite sign saying open. Second time for coffee and a baclava- and they were out of baclava.... now they were closed again at 1030 on a Wednesday morning...

We are here a few years ago on a road trip because we are from the East. Not was so good that we couldn't wait to come back. We took two friends. The food was good but not great. The portions are ample. The staff is friendly. It is a fun place but the food is not as good as... More

Why is it in this town of extremely limited gastronomical establishments, one of the few worth mentioning is one that serves well prepared middle eastern cuisine? (I would have anticipated good steak houses or perhaps Good Mexican) Anyway, in this town of mostly cheap chain food, heart of Jerusalem stands out. This was the second time I have eaten here...
