Service was good. Food just ok. Street Tacos lack spice and flavor. Salsa served with the bottomless chips (their is a charge of $1.99 for that), salsa was like flavored ketchup.

The service is always pretty bad out on Powers. We much prefer the service on Tejon. Our food was again overcooked and then parts of it were absolutely cold. No napkins, then no silverware. Never an apology...but at least it's consistent.
