We enjoyed both our meals at the Mason Jar. We went for lunch one day, we have a picky eater, and he was thrilled there was mac 'n' cheese. We all really liked our lunches, and commented that we might come back. Well, we did...More

After being for a long time out of home a place like this one is great. All the food we had tasted homemade. The service was really good too.

I dropped in for lunch as it had been a long time since I'd been to the Mason Jar and I was craving their chicken-fried steak. It is still delicious and large. (I got the smaller portion for lunch so I wouldn't want to follow...More

If you've been to Cracker Barrel, you have a good picture of Mason Jar minus the entry room full of geegaws. Quiet laid-back atmosphere and down-home dishes. You want catfish or chicken-fried steak? Here's the place. Catch a seat by the fireplace for a little...More

Nice place from large families, especially if family is homesick for southern comfort food. Not a good place for "foodies" or someone with more cultivated palette.

We can always count on the Mason Jar, at the end of a day in the Springs shopping, for a filling and tasty meal before heading up Ute Pass for our mountain home. The fried chicken is done to a turn, crispy outside, moist and...More

Especially like the French dip sandwich. They offer catfish, which is rare in our area. Menu includes full dinner options as well as sandwiches. Cozy atmosphere.

This really wasn't a question. I just wanted to be sure that our server, Emily, was complimented. She was funny, helpful and didn't rush us.
