After reading other reviews on here I'm afraid I have a different view, we were recommended Masons Jar as being as good as Cracker Barrel, we don't agree. We found food to be nothing special - not too keen drinking out of glass jar either.

My friends took me here. I love it. The decor is extremely warm and welcoming, cozy and laid back. The cornbread is so good that you'll eat it all immediately, but save room for the chicken friend steak because it's huge (even the half order)...More

Stopped by in the middle of the afternoon and was surprised. Had meatloaf and it was excellent. The biscuits and cornbread with honey were a great way to start. Don’t miss this gem!!!!!!

I would drive past and tha Mason Jar looked like it was closed. We stopped by and tried it. We were surprised with their hospitality and down home feel. My wife had the prime rib and shrimp special and I had the rib-eye. The prime...More

I stumbled upon this restaurant one afternoon when shopping in Manitou Springs. The Green Pepper soup is amazing, and their specials were very good. Well worth the visit.

The food was good, staff was very friendly. They could use a larger alcohol selection, as they didn't have Captain Morgan or Jim Beam. But their cocktail drinks we're good. Wait staff also makes the drinks, so it took a bit and they follow a...More

This really wasn't a question. I just wanted to be sure that our server, Emily, was complimented. She was funny, helpful and didn't rush us.
