I treated myself to a fabulous birthday dinner at Summit, and my expectations were more than met! Chad was a terrific server, and he made me feel comfortable as a single lady dining. The food was exquisite, and the chef planned a special dinner to...More

A great experience at Summit at the Broadmoor. Service is impeccable, with fantastic food as well. Recommend the beet salad and the chocolate bar dessert (life is about balance)!

Three of us went for a special Happy Hour, and sat at the bar. In the bar area, there are mostly small tables with plenty of seating. There was more space for us to enjoy appetizers at the bar. Two of us ordered Caesar salad,...More

We were hungry from all day travel to the Broadmoor from Texas. We looked forward to a lovely dinner at the Summit. The steaks specials were very, very good, as were the accompanying mashed potatoes and true French frites. The Caesar salad, however, was just...More

Angry trout is all you need to know, I have only ordered this when I go along with the muscles for appetizer and creme brulee. I can't make myself order anything else because it's so good. The best trout I have ever had. You wouldn't...More

Of all the restaurants we visited during a recent stay at The Broadmoor, this was the only one that disappointed. Service was lackluster—certainly not up to the usual high standards at this resort. Our waitress was very disinterested, food was bland, small portions and one...More

This may be the most innovative restaurant on the Broadmoor property, if not in all of Colorado Springs. Food is fresh, well prepared and sophisticated. We enjoyed the Philips Salad, angry trout, veal cheeks and a profiterole for dessert. I was served a flat Jura...More

Very cool atmosphere - coming from an architect. Different rooms with different feel, wine rack centered behind bar is rotating behind curtainwall glass. Didn't go into the main dining room, but the areas around the bar had a cool feel, one room felt like a...More

Fantastic service and wonderful food. We were here for a business meeting and therefore had a limited menu, however I don’t think we noticed because it was all delicious. Loved that the restrooms are all individual.

A French Bistro, Summit marries French tradition with American originality.
