My wife and I came for Valentine's Day. The atmosphere was modern but not quiet and romantic. The food was good but certainly not memorable. The service was good. When we come back to the Broadmoor, we'll try one of the other restaurants.

Another great meal at the Summit. The shareable appetizer, tartiflette of reboucholon cheese and potatoes was delicious and filling. The haddock meuniere was good, but overly citrusy. Skipped dessert because the portions sizes were too large for us. The wine list is extensive and varied. This is a classy restaurant, with exceptionally fine service. Get a reservation or you may... The Summit has been one of our favorite restaurants in Colorado Springs (in fact, anywhere). Located just across the street from the world-famous Broadmoor Hotel, we have through many past visits loved everything about this unique restaurant. This time, we were left wondering ... and hope it was just a "one out." The valet parking is excellent. The up scale... More

The Summit at the Broadmoor is a unique culinary experience. Business casual is the dress code, but the unique menu and extensive wine list is anything but casual. The menu is not extensive, however every option is painstakingly created by the master chef. From leg of rabbit to the fabulous tenderloin, there are no disappointments here. This is a unique... Dined here with a few business associates and can say there was nothing truly remarkable about eating here, especially for the price paid! Ambiance looked nice; then we were seated in booths that sunk so low the tables were almost at chest level. We were offered seat cushions to sit on to hoist us up to the table....odd. The menu... This restaurant has gotten glowing reviews. So, I and colleagues were looking forward to it. We enjoyed using valet parking at the front door rather than parking in the adjacent structure. I reviewed the menu on line so that I could select my choices. I am glad that I did that because I was prepared to ask questions. Our waiter... More

Nice well rounded menu. I could eat there several nights in a row and be happy. The service was above average. The room was comfortable.

My wife and I had the pleasure of dining here on our last night at the Broadmoor. What a great way to end our visit! After bringing my wife along on a business trip, I felt it was only fair that she be treated to a first class meal instead of the pub fare we had been enjoying at the... More

We sampled most of the restaurants at the Broadmoor and this was by far our favorite. Beautiful atmosphere without being stuffy. Delicious food with creative combinations. Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here!

A French Bistro, Summit marries French tradition with American originality. Summit's stellar menu of year-round favorites includes House Made Charcuterie, Potato Crusted Swordfish, Wagyu Beef Burger, Moules Mariniere and Hanger Steak. The ever-evolving seasonal selections find strength in a vibrant network of top-shelf vendors that provide the kitchen with the highest quality ingredients and local produce available. An extensive bar highlights local microbrews, cocktails and wines from the finest regions of the world, adding to Summit's unique assortment. Designed by acclaimed architect Adam D. Tihany, Summit's contemporary design is inspired by the grandeur of Pike's Peak and provides a stunning counterpoint to the classic elegance of The Broadmoor. Wood, metal, glass, leather and fabrics are used throughout the dining room to evoke a modern, yet natural feel suited perfectly to Summit's American brasserie menu and eclectic wine and cocktail program.
