It is a visually impressive restaurant with the glass bar, but the food was nice. Not impressive. I felt I should have been wowed with the Broadmoor's reputation. It was common high end hotel fare. The only true negative was the dessert. The cherry tart...More

More informal than some of the other Broadmoor restaurants. The food and desserts are truly memorable. Had the Black Angus Hanger Steak & Creme Brulee which were awesome. I highly recommend eating here if you're staying at the Broadmoor.

Loved the selection of oysters and the two menus: classics that don't change and seasonal menu that does. My wife had what she called was the best steak frites (hangar steak) she's ever had, and my halibut was spiced with a complex set of seasonings...More

We have eaten at this restaurant many times and this is the last time we will ever visit. Over priced in both food and service. That said, the sommelier was great and our new waitress was doing her best despite a lack of support For...More

We just had a wonderful graduation dinner at The Summit. We had a large party (11) and the waitstaff handled it like the pros that The Summit is known for. The food was outstanding. Our group tried many items on the menu and each of...More

Maybe I would have been happier if I ordered the beef. But I try to avoid doing that. Swordfish is perhaps my favorite fish--but they found a way to make it completely uninteresting. Oh well.

A newer restaurant located in the Broadmoor Convention Center with authentic food that you would find in CO matched with very fine wines. Definitely for special occasions.

First, who doesn't want to experience Broadmoor? Beautiful setting, amazing variety of delicious foods, reasonable prices, and attentive servers. You won't walk out hungry, rather very stuffed.
