Absolutely delicious food, and the best spring roll you'll ever have! The water refilling isn't always a priority though, and some food is stored in plain access to people using the restrooms so that could be a flag of some sort.

My brother was in town and we decided to grab a bite for dinner. Our party of 7 was able to be seated quickly and the service was good. Everyone enjoyed the majority of the meal. We had crab wontons, shrimp, chicken, and pork fried rice, chicken and broccoli, fried chicken wings, and wings with garlic sauce. The garlic sauce... More

My wife and I went here for Sunday lunch. the soup was good and our entrees were very well cooked, although a little tame in spice for our tastes. The pork egg roll was very good. We will be back...

Pretty over this place. After receiving my chow mein which consisted of literally just onion, celery, and chicken I was very disappointed. That's not what chow mein is, it has noodles! That's the whole point of the dish! Not authentic what so ever. Definitely don't order their chow mein, it's so gross! They literally should call it chicken with onions,... More

This looks like a typical take out fast food style Chinese restaurant from the outside, but we were pleasantly surprised by DELICIOUS sushi!

Our first time eating out in Colorado Springs we picked up from Rong Cheng and it was as good, if not better than any Chinese restaurant in Chicago. The egg rolls, hot and sour soup, shrimp lo mein was great! All for a reasonable price. Not the last time as we'll be back!

I actually had trouble deciding between 3 and 4 stars. The food is good, and although prices are similar to other Chinese in the area, the portions are smaller. They seem to go a little lighter or the spicy part of dishes, tho' I suppose you could ask for it hotter. I wasn't crazy about their hot and sour soup,... More

Another random choice for dinner on a business trip, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of food. It was a generous portion for a very reasonable price. I ordered a spicy pepper chicken stir fry, which really was spicy and tasty. The location is very small (about 15-20 seats). The staff was very friendly and this appears to be... More

Rong Cheng was a delightful find. Having moved here from NYC we missed the tasty Chinese meals in Chinatown. This place met that need. Demi and her husband Fen do a great job here moving from Brooklyn and working extremely hard to make dishes with distinct tastes and in great portions and certainly at an affordable price. The sauces are... More
