I have traveled to Lebanon on several occasions and have loved the outstanding service and food found at every restaurant we went to; whether in Beirut or in a small village in the mountains. However, it’s a struggle to find good food and service at...More

Nothing was completely familiar about this Mediterranean fare. There is a distinct flavor to it. It is good, but not exactly what I expected. I would prefer the comforting taste of the food I was expecting to the experimental taste I encountered. The setting is...More

We didn’t stay for a meal after sitting for an extended period of time waiting for service. The space seems very cramped. We had more conversation with another diner than with the staff. We like to give locally owned businesses a chance. This place deserves...More

Our family came here for dinner twice while in Colorado Springs. Everything was just incredible, from the delicately spiced tea to homemade falafel to the Laban, a unique dish we had never had before. Go, take your friends and family for a wonderful meal.

It is rare to find a place where the owner and chef cares so much about the food she serves. My wife and I enjoyed Kibbeh, hummus, and a beef schawarma. Every dish tasted fresh and was perfectly spiced. The owner served us some complimentary...More

The tossed together attempt at overcoming the strip mall atmosphere didn't quite hit the mark. The service wasn't what I would call professional... but it was very friendly. The owner/chef is an absolute delight to talk to and her enthusiasm really helps overcome the awkward...More

This Place Has Great Food!! If you're looking for authentic Egyptian food, this isn't really it. If I had to categorize this I would call this Homestyle-Egyptian/Iraqi/Levantine-Fusion Cooking. Many of the dishes have names and structures that are in fact Egyptian, yet the style, spice...More

We found this restaurant on Yelp on Saturday evening. What a lovely surprise. The menu was full of authentic dishes and eventually, I would love to try them all! The food was exceptional. What a gem!

This past week I was participating in a juice cleanse to clear my digestive system. I found myself in the neighborhood at The Lounge and decided to walk around and explore. There are a few restaurants in the area but when I checked the menu...More

Dining here was like experiencing food for the first time. They’ve done as best as could be on decor and atmosphere (the high room temperature not their fault) and made a cozy little den to dine. We tried simple stuff, too and it was all...More
