This is 'high end' dining at Copper Mountain. Quiet atmosphere, white table cloth and friendly if not overly informed service. We ordered the sirloin and it was delicious but it was a bit odd that the waitress couldn't tell us how many ounces it was before we ordered. The french onion soup was OK, the salad was OK, the freshly... More

I went to the restaurant with family and friends at the end of Nov 15. The food was below average and it took forever to come out. Additionally, I was presented with a bill that did not add up. Hard to believe that the bill came out of the computer with a hidden split plate fee!

On the recommendation of the Bartender at Jack's at the Mtn while skiing Copper on Tues. We decided to book this restaurant for our Thanksgiving Meal. The food was delicious and the wine special pared with our turkey dinner nicely. Homemade pumpkin pie was the perfect ending to this wonderful meal. We dined with our children 10 & 11. The... More

The menu has a wide variety of appetizers, salads and entrees and changes with the season. I don't think you can go wrong with anything. Cliff, the new manager, checks on you to make sure everything is great. I always get at least one more meal out of what I order. We also like to sit at the bar and... More

Copper Mountain has limited dining options, and quite possibly, the CB Grille is the best, BUT our party of four felt that our experience was less than the typical review. We were here just as the Guitar Festival was concluding on a Saturday; the rather cavernous space was largely emptied when we entered with no more than six tables occupied... More

The rack of lamb was outstanding. Very good staff. Excellent attitudes. Waiter was very knowledgeable about the wine.

Reservations Required! We were there on a Sunday evening and glad we called ahead. I had the pork tenderloin with the wild rice and it was divine. My partner had the bbq bison meatloaf and that was melt in your mouth goodness.

The menu here is wonderful for a nice meal in a casual setting. We had the lamb which was some of the best lamb I have had in a long time. We also enjoyed the quinoa and squash dish and of course dessert (bread pudding and sorbet) They have a good wine list for a place at a ski resort.I... More
