It's all vegan so if you're vegan and you eat out much you are thankful for places like this. Food was good not great. Servers were friendly and efficient. I had the biscuits and gravy. I would eat there again.

My husband ordered a couple appetizers for dinner. We shared nachos and buffalo wings. The appetizers are a great deal during happy hour. The nachos are a yummy and satisfying. I'm not a fan of the flavor of buffalo wings. The buffalo wings were too salty. If we ordered cauliflower wings again, I'd try the barbecue wings. I'd definately come... More

There were three of us and we all had different meals . The food was all around very tasty and well presented .The meals were not only delicious but looked that way ! The servers were courteous and helpful . They were in no rush to see you leave even though they were busy . It was a bit on... More

The menu is varied enough to find several choices that are tasty and relatively healthy. The atmosphere is simple but spacious and not noisy, unlike so many restaurants today. It is easy to carry on a conversation at normal speech volume. The service is generally slow but competent. The prices are reasonable for the food you get and the servings... More

It's been a few years since I've been to Watercourse and I was thrilled to get to eat there again! If I lived closer I'd eat there every day! A great restaurant for everyone!! The Wizards on Horseback appetizer is a fabulous vegan appetizer that definitely has one-up on the traditional meaty Devils on Horseback. What a brilliant idea! The... More

Y'all, let me tell you. I have a few friends who are vegetarian and we were looking for something to satiate all of our palettes on a recent trip to Denver. While we had a party of 5 so the wait on a Saturday night was about 45 minutes, the service was impeccable, the drinks were great (the margaritas and... More

I live 3 hours away, but have an extended stay at St. Joseph Hospital because my husband had surgery 3 days ago. While waiting for his surgery to be over I read in a Denver magazine an article highlighting different neighborhoods. In that article, there was a write up about Watercourse. Once my husband was settled and sleeping, I headed... More

The food here is consistently good. The staff is usually friendly and attentive. The weekend brunch is excellent, with The Big Rig being a favorite (if you like seitan). The omelet is particularly good, since it is a vegan omelet and is an actual omelet not a scramble.

Whenever I get to Denver, I make sure that I eat at WaterCourse. The atmosphere is relaxed; sort of a student eatery type of place. The food is (almost always**) excellent. The variety of options is great and I have yet to make my way through the whole menu. ** The buffalo wings were one of the worst things I... More

We had lunch while I was visiting my son in Denver. He recommended it for lunch and said the food was wonderful. Neither one of us is vegan. I thought I'd humor him and eat lunch with him there, then stop off for some real food after. I had one of the best lunches I have ever had in my... More
