Some friend introduced this place to us and we all thought it was one the best places we have been to in town. Lots of vegan, GF and veggie choices. Very friendly staff. Usually a crazy busy place. Reservations are a must.

We came here three times for breakfast on our four-day trip to Denver. And on the day we went elsewhere, we wished we had gone to WaterCourse instead. Everything we ate was delicious, especially the pancakes, which were the best pancakes I have ever had in my life. HIGHEST recommendation.

We had a great Saturday brunch with a non vegetarian friend, and it was super - great comfort food of the quality that is very hard to find. The plate was large - more food than I could eat - and the price reasonable. No problem getting seated fast, though the restaurant did seems short staffed. Would definitely recommend to... More

I won't go back until the management allows customers to make reservations. Stop being hipsters, and join OpenTable! We waited 90 minutes on a Saturday night for a table of 4!!! Not worth it! I had pisco sour while I waited, and it was pretty good. I have been there before, but usually only when lured by vegan friends who... More

As a vegetarian it can be difficult to find restaurants that serve interesting, veggie-friendly entrees. WaterCourse certainly delivers interesting (read: "delicious") and varied entrees for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I chose the Thai Curry and it was amazing! My husband (who is a carno) ordered the street tacos and he was delighted with his choice! We both were blown away... More

The first thing we noticed was the music was not very good. The meal took forever to come. Once the food arrived the Thai curry was great. Our sweet potato fries were not HOT. Service was good and friendly. This is a vegan food joint do don't expect real meat.

I almost hesitate to say anything negative about WaterCourse, because they definitely delivered one of the best dining experiences I had when I was in Denver this February. On top of that, their dishes were hardy and delicious enough to please even the omnivores at our table. But their chicken-fried cauliflower was a bit too salty for my tastes, and... More

Waiter was very on the spot when we wanted him. Great service. Celebrated my daughters 21 birthday here, she is vegan. We started off with the street nachos which was a larger portion than we expected. They were delicious. She had the Thai curry and it was very good. I had the Cuban sandwich with a macaroni and cheese side.... More

My husband and I ate at Watercourse this weekend. Neither of us are vegetarians but we both loved the food at Watercourse. We started with cauliflower wings which were delicious. He had the street tacos which were great and I had the Thai curry. We have recently returned from Thailand, but I'd been craving Thai food although I was prepared... More
