This is a great vegan restaurant in Denver. It used to be vegan friendly, but recently went to completely plant based, it's awesome. The food is delicious. We went with non-vegs and they loved it, vowing to be back. Nice, relaxing atmosphere and located in a pretty cool part of town. I highly recommend this restaurant.

This is hands down my favorite restaurant anywhere. My girlfriend and I missed a flight once because we couldn't resist stopping in for a Caesar salad with blackened tofu. We are moving to Washington and will miss this restaurant dearly. I will always schedule flights through Denver with enough layover time to run downtown and grab a bite here. Seriously,... More

Quirky menu in a well designed open restaurant with a good location. Menu was a great value compared to a lot of vegan/vegetarian spots which tend to have elevated prices. Service was friendly and quick.

Always busy, this uptown informal restaurant and bakery has an innovative vegetarian menu and the food is solid. The beer choices are limited, but it's nice that they have a bar. Only gripe I have is that the service is consistently slow - there is no sense of urgency, and sometimes you don't have 20 minutes to wait for server... More

We heard good things about WaterCourse Foods, and we liked the choices on their menu. Unfortunately, wewere disappointed with our experience. I had the Monti Pasta, which I had to send back because it had crushed red peppers (not listed on the menu). The second try was better, but nothing particularly special. My wife ordered the Roasted Cauliflower Salad. The... More

A heavily dressed ceasar salad, a bland pasta and soggy French fries. Coupled with slow service and an unpleasantly loud restaurant left us wondering if we came on a bad night, as other reviews are great...

I was thrilled to find a mainstream, popular, vegan restaurant in Denver. This is a large and popular restaurant, with a varied and creative menu. It is one of the best vegetarian restaurants that I have eaten in on this side of the Atlantic and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Denver. Unlike many vegetarian restaurants, it ides not... I was a little hesitant to try Watercourse after reading some of the reviews. My concerns about the service were completely unfounded. We were seated right away and were served promptly. The food came out quickly. The prices are great too! Now for the food. It was very good. My husband (a carnivore) loved the tomato curry soup. He also... More

WaterCourse has long been known as a great vegetarian restaurant but recently went all vegan and man-oh-man are they doing it right. Everything from the cauliflower wing appetizers (I liked the buffalo sauce) to the carrot cake desert was awesome. My wife had the Monti Pasta and I had the Barley Sausage Bolognese. Everything was made to perfection! We spent... More

We were visiting Denver on vacation just after WaterCourse went all vegan. We are not vegan, but since the food was outstanding, we visited again before we left town. The nachos were probably the best we have ever had - vegan or not. We tried the Street Tacos, the Barley Sausage Bolognese, the Red Beans and Rice, and the Green... More
