We ate breakfast here twice during our recent stay in Denver. Crab and lobster omelette, Denver omelette and the frittata were all tried, all very good. Nice, quiet environment, good food, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Selection of free newspapers at the door, expert and unobtrusive service, wonderful food, especially the fresh fruit that accompanied the french toast. Liked that they separated the dressy folk from the non-dressy in a very discreet way. Enjoyed our leisurely breakfast which consisted of a Bloody Mary, a Mimosa, the omelette special and brioche french toast with real maple syrup,... More

Stayed over night thanksgiving eve and planned nice (highly acclaimed) thanksgiving brunch with our son. Breakfast buffet was nice...not the best ever but nice. Thanksgiving brunch was not good. We were seated 30 minutes late (we all had travel plans and thus were now rushed). We were told to have a seat in lobby area for 5-10 minutes but were... More

Had the privilege to dine here for four mornings and even more of a privilege to be served each time by Eric. He was the consummate professional while being very attentive to every aspect of service. He made my stay at Brown Palace seem very exceptional and I would like to express my gratitude for his most wonderful service. Each... More

A must is the lobster and crab omelette for breakfast, outstanding. Sunday Brunch variety is amazing, accompanied by jazz trio.

We had breakfast at Ellyngton's. My husband had oat meal with all the trimmings and loved it. He is a connoisseur of oatmeal and was thrilled with his meal. All was delightful. Our server, Ed, was wonderful. All of it was great, but for breakfast, pretty pricey. But....the Brown Palace is pricey.

Our waiter Eric took very good care of us and both the food and service were great. As always - Jerome, the Maitre d' - made our dining experience very special. He always greets with a genuine big smile, asks about us and the family, and makes sure we are taken good care of. A very special place!

I came here for a work breakfast and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The coffee was amazing--the food was just okay. I had an omelette, which was average.

Pros: Great selection of brunch items. Wonderful desserts --try the chocolate Bailey's shots. Chocolate fountain. Waiter will serve you benedicts and other "whole egg" dishes. Excellent service. Beautiful atmosphere--no rushing to get you out. Perfect for a special occasion. Cons: Price a bit high--$54 pp without champagne. No turkey on the carving station, no chicken dish, and the prime rib... More
