We ate here in early June on a getaway trip to Denver. Our Irish waiter had just arrived from Ireland a few days earlier. He was very attentive, and it was interesting and comical helping him understand the meaning of "iced tea" and "sweetener". That was a real treat. The pub was dark and rather empty for a Saturday night,... More

Great place to drink while gambling. Food was great. Staff was nice. The owner was even hanging out and gambling. It is a cool Irish Bar with another Bar connected through double doors so that smokers can enjoy themselves. I will definitely visit again next time I am in Denver

I went in on a Friday evening with my girlfriend and parents. It wasn't particularly busy. No one came by with menus or water for 10 minutes. I finally waved a server down and asked for some menus, but she never came back after another 10 minutes so we left. Disappointing to be so ignored.

On my way to Union Station and stopped in for an early meal. It is close to the Station where I was getting a shuttle bus. 1. Name: It is Irish lad 7.5/10 2. Decor: Lots of bits and pieces to give a comfortable feel to the place. A few TV screens for the sport enthusiast. A large horseshoe shaped... More

We had a very friendly waiter and were very happy that we were able to bring our dog on the patio. Our waiter brought out water for our pup and was very friendly with her. I got the Turkey Reuben and it was very meaty and delicious. They also had great beers on tap.

Love this place! Early evening with colleagues from work; second time I've been. Excellent selection of beers, local and global. Friendly, efficient wait staff who really know their beer. Service was pretty quick too. Sad I almost fell down the stairs to the bathrooms in the basement (and I hadn't touched a drop!) I'll be back here for certain sure... More

The Celtic Tavern is on Blake Street a short walking distance to the congestion of LoDo without the crowds. You can watch and bet on horse racing while enjoying a drink or bite to eat. And if you're up to it, there is a cigar bar (Delaney's) attached next door.

Didn't eat, just drank. Nice spot. Supposedly haunted, a lot of beers on tap. Usually has live music and betting on site.

This place was strangely empty, although that must not have been a reflection on the food or service. Both were very good.
