Went there around 4:30pm on Friday (Happy Hour). A very popular place. I would recommend reservations if you come after 5pm. Best martini I’ve had in a while and the food was excellent. Can’t say enough about the service! Water glass was never empty and...More

We got into Durango relatively late on a Monday night when most places where closing. This restaurant seated us and we basically had the dining room to ourselves. I had the lime ginger trout, and my wife had the crispy fish sandwich. We both enjoyed...More

Monday night is Burger Night at the Palace. Burgers are excellent. I also recommend happy hour in the bar area. Several plates are available. While the draft beer selection is a bit limited, they have a good selection.

Good spot for a family lunch - was busy so consider making a reservation. Recommend the Palace Burger- cooked perfectly to order.

While I was a little disappointed with the portions and my shrimp seemed like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while, the food was delicious and the Baileys chocolate cake was awesome. The service was very good, our drinks were kept...More

My husband enjoyed his two duck quarters. The honey almond sauce recommended by our server Celeste was outstanding. I had cioppino. It was mild and very delicious. The seafood was excellent. The wine selection was good. An enjoyable meal.

1800s decor. A few crafts beers. Good bar service, I was greeted right away and served beer quickly. They do have daily specials, but no soup at all. Some items pricey, but others are more reasonable. The steak fries are frozen, the chick was good,...More

Description
The Palace Restaurant features classic American cuisine. Steaks, seafood, pasta, great sauces, homemade breads and desserts. You can elect to dine in our family-friendly Victorian tavern and order from our moderately priced tavern menu or sit in our elegant dining room and order from our fine dining menu. On our summertime patio, both menus are available. Our restaurant is located in a circa-1880 building and is styled with beautiful Victorian furnishings, such as dark woods and Tiffany-style lamps. Our dining room fire place makes for a romantic evening out in the winter and our tavern and patio are "local favorites." From casual to elegant, we provide a very special dining room experience, with great, classic food and a friendly staff. Please join us!
