The salsa is the thing at this place! It is very good but the mexican fare is just OK. Being from Texas I guess I expect more flavor and better quality.

Combo plates are very good. Service very good. Same high quality for years. Excellent value; good for families with children.

Very good "Mexican" food and killer Margaritas. It is not very expensive and the service is reasonably fast.

Quite a surprise for a "mountain town" restaurant. Typically, they are flash a dash (great presentation, but, very little food) or road hard and put away wet. (Not including the big chain fast food feed troughs.) A large selection of New Mexican/Mexican dishes, all of them are tastefully prepared so that you can taste the seasoning and not the salt... Nice and friendly service. Food was very bland. Chips were stale, cold, and tasteless. One person ordered a hamburger. It looked like it was thrown in the microwave to defrost. Took several times to get mustard and ketchup. Very busy place though. Maybe some people like bland tex-mex?

The Vail Valley has a lot of restaurant options, and most are priced in accordance with the glamorous resort image the ski industry works hard to nurture. Fiesta's was a great surprise--authentic mexican food with a family-run staff and pricing reasonable for a working family and not marked up to meet the resort image. Their homemade salsa is the best... More

Fiesta's is just a small independent in Edwards, CO. For years it was owned and operated by the Marquez sisters, but a year or two ago they split up and now one sister runs Fiesta's and the other owns and operates a New Mexican restaurant in nearby Avon, CO. My wife and I had dinner at Fiesta's a couple of... More

We've eaten here several times and have been coming to the Vail valley 20 + years. We always order the enchiladas with the white-sauce. The food has always been flavorful, authentic, and is a departure from typical toned down Mexican served in many places. The table service here can be hit and miss, and the ambience is generic Mexican decor... More

Thought I would try this place out, as a few of my friends had said good things about it. I do not know why it is called new--as it has been there for a very long time. We were not impressed by the cleanliness, or the staff--but worst was to come when I found a long grey hair in my... More
