I went today for a business lunch at Cafe 180. Enthralled with the idea of paying what you can and volunteering if you can't, I was not disappointed. The cafe was bright, clean, well lit, modern and inviting. The menu was just right for lunch with sandwiches, soups and pizzas. I had the broccoli soup and a Greek sandwich and... More

I stumbled upon this place by accident. Where I work we have a food delivery service that delivers different restaurants daily. Today Cafe 180 was on the menu and I ordered a turkey wrap lunch box. It came with chips, cookie and an apple. The wrap itself was HUGE. Enough for two meals!! With the delivery service they do price... More

I stumbled upon this place without understanding their unique concept. I just wanted a quick and healthy salad. The concept here is that you pay what you can afford or what you think the meal is worth. They also allow people to work for their meals. I had a salad with organic greens and chicken. It was great considering it... More

Had lunch with friends at Cafe 180. We loved the food - butternut squash soup, Mediterranean salad, sausage pizza, spinach turkey wraps, and apple walnut salad. Portions are large. Half of the wraps went home for later. Food was fresh, service good. You pay whatever you want for the meal, volunteer in exchange for food, or you can just volunteer.... More

Like everyone else who has reviewed here, this is a great concept. I really didn't expect a restaurant that ran on a donation basis to even have decent food, much less very good food. I have primarily had salads when I have eaten here, but every time my salad has been very good. I encourage everyone to support this restaurant...not... More

Really interesting concept. The food was good and the place was clean and appetizing. What will bring me back, however, is the concept of no set prices and even those without money can eat. I'm no bleeding heart, but feeding the hungry is a great endeavor and this place balances the need. It was great to see it working.

I volunteer and eat here. Many are confused when they come in because there are no prices on the menu. They ask that you pay what you can, pay what you normally would, or pay it forward. Some portions are smaller because they try to not waste anything. The food is all delicious! Volunteering is another great thing patrons can... More

Sister and I decided to try the place after hearing so many good things about it. The ordering process was a little confusing. We pointed to the full-sized salads being made and said, "that's what I want, plus a cup of soup." What we ended up being served was very tasty, but small. We each got a cup of soup... More

Walked myself on up to gander at the menu screeen, and as I begine parousing the selection of soups, sandwhiches, Pizza... More

Friends of ours invited us to join them at Cafe 180 to get to know the place and try some of their food. We had salad and pizzas to try. The pizza was gluten free, which may be important to some folks. The salad was delicious. The atmosphere and the people there were great and, after you order, you name... More
