After reading the many reviews, we settled on this restaurant. Sadly, it had no redeeming qualities! Pot roast, a specialty, was all fat & gristle. The lamb chops, remembering that Colorado lamb is some of the best, were thin, overlooked & fatty ($46). Mashed potatoes...More

I have dined at the Bistro twice in the summer of 2017 while visiting family. Bistro works well as a fine dining restaurant in an area without many 'hi-end' options. The dining room is a rustic space which works well for visual appeal but the...More

I went to Sunday brunch with 2 friends on September 4th. It was marvelous! The food and service was wonderful. I had a veggie egg Benedict. My friends had a lobster Benedict--available only after first Friday (lobster night). The mango mimosas were great too. I...More

Good restaurants are hard to find in Evergreen so this was a pleasant surprise. The Pate appetizer was very good. For dinner the frutti de mar was excellent as was the short ribs. Would definitely go back again.

We took my Mother ln law and met two friends for dinner. I asked if we could sit on the rear deck. The hostess was so kind and set us a table of five out there where usually they don't. I had the liver pate...More

We have driven by the place plenty of times and finally decided to try it. I realize that the Bistro was built as a tearoom in the 1920's, but it looks pretty shabby (inside and out) - especially for a restaurant featuring "handmade cuisine" at...More

We've been to the Bistro a few times in the last year or so. The service and ambiance are top notch. Elegant yet rustic. We had the NY Strip steak this time around, but in the past have had scallops, salmon and the signature pot...More

I'd say they are a bit pricey but I found it well worth it. They offer game plates so I would say prices average $20 to $28. Some cheaper, some more.
