It's hip to have Brussels sprouts on your app menu, but Austin's goes out of its way to give diners their $11 worth: fried halved sprouts tossed with with bacon, bleu cheese vinaigrette, almonds and Granny Smith apples. We split those, the Hill Country Mixed Salad (candied pecans, tomatoes, carrots, cucumber, crispy onion straws, corn bread crouton, lime cilantro vinaigrette),... More

The photo of the cornbread does not do it justice. I have NEVER IN MY LIFE had better corn bread, The Happy Hour was fabulous. I ordered six happy hour items that were all fabulous and it was $20.00!! Cornbread, cornbread, cornbread - very inexpensive and the owner could make a fortune if he sells the cornbread at other locations.... More

We were craving some good meat/American food while staying at a hotel in the area. They have some really good offerings here that sounded good. I had the rotisserie sirloin with a whisky bacon sauce. The meat was cooked perfect and the sauce was very good. A couple others had the bison burgers, which they initially regretted ordering after seeing... More

This is my favorite restaurant, and one of the main things I miss since moving to Boulder. They have the best cole slaw I have ever had in a restaurant, bar none! Their Chicken is roasted to perfection, and is real comfort food with mashed potatoes, cornbread, and cole slaw. A must when ever you are in the area

Have been to Austins on many occasions for lunch or dinner. The food is always consistently good. No matter if you order a steak, salmon or their signature rotisserie chicken or beef.. you will enjoy your food. Good service at a fair price.

Both the steaks and the seafood are very good and the price is right, under $25 a meal. There are two locations in Ft. Collins and they are equally good but, this location is easier to get in and out of because it is in a small shopping center and you can park near it. The other one is in... More

Passing through the area, we stopped here for dinner. It took a while for our waitress to see us, and another waitress came to get us started, but then things smoothed out. Happy hour wine helped. We had the leg of lamb and meatloaf. Lamb was a bit fatty, but good. Meatloaf was very good. All in all, a solid... More

The aura, location and staff are all pretty good. I was initially disappointed that they didn't have a single Colorado wine, despite the abundance of Colorado wineries (especially all the ones on the western slope). I was excited to try their rotisserie sirloin roast and sides. The vegetables and mashed potatoes were good, but nothing to write home about. The... More

Pot pie was delicious and filling. It came with cornbread and a small salad! Sitting outside on a beautiful fall day made it even better. Small menu, but quite a big crown during lunch on a Friday.

Description
Austin's American Grill is the quintessential taste of Colorado. With two great Fort Collin's locations-one in the heart of Old Town and another on Harmony Road, we'll have you wondering why mom's food never tasted so good and when you can come back for more. Savory roasts and chicken cooked over an open flame in our front-of-the-house rotisserie. All-natural buffalo seasoned to perfection. Cornbread baked in iron skillets and drizzled with honey and butter. Signature cocktails sweetened with fresh-squeezed fruit juice. Plus, our decadent desserts are made fresh daily, giving you an excuse to stop in for a slice that reminds you of home. So grab a friend and make plans to meet at the red umbrellas. There's a reason Austin's is one of Northern Colorado's favorite destinations.
