The broth was pretty good, light and not overly seasoned. Ordered the large bowl of combination of steak and brisket but little to no tendon. I bit of a disappointment as I do love the tendon and strips of tripe. Maybe even the meat balls too. Overall, the Pho was good but what surprised me the most was the size... More

The only reason i2 didn't give five stars is because of their website. This restaurant is in Fort Collins, Colorado but their website is for a restaurant, of the same name, in Fort Worth, Texas. When I asked the server about this she said they know and the owner doesn't care and that they have lots of regulars who don't... More

Took my parents there as my mom was hungry for soup. Their first time with Pho and 6 weeks later, my mom talks about it each time we talk. Exvellent flavors. The place was super clean, service was fast, and the staff was very good. Will definitely return.

Came in for lunch and decided to try the Pho. I enjoy this restaurant as it really is Vietnamese. Unlike other "oriental" restaurants who have a blend of Chinese, Japanese, Thai or others. Along with the Pho, I ordered Vietnamese coffee. This was a new experience and very good. Be sure to ask the proper way to eat the Pho... More

I grew up in Fort Collins and ate here regularly. It is one of the oldest Vietnamese restaurants in the city. I now live in Denver and stopped in for lunch. The interior has gotten a facelift and the formerly lax service is now sharp and on point. The menu has been overhauled to include the ubiquitous pho. Alas they... More

Definitely the best Pho that I've had in Fort Collins. The spring rolls and vermicelli bowls were also quite good. The restaurant was clean and the service excellent.

We stopped in for dinner last night after visiting here for over 2 decades - warning! It's under new management and NOTHING from the old menu is available (and it doesn't appear they serve alcohol anymore either). It is now a Pho restaurant. The service was better than it's been in years, but the atmosphere has changed and without the... More

I have been on the hunt for a really good Vietnamese place since my favorite place closed down. Now that my daughter is at CSU we scored upon this little place during my visit to see her. It will now always be a "must" every time I go to visit. The food was out of this world and I would... More

They might have another name: Pho Little Saigon at their store. I had my dinner there last week during a seminar. The food was filling and nice. Just to be mindful that they are not overly friendly people, they would not check on you often to see what you need and I appreciate the kind of congruent and authentic relationship... More

The service here is always a bit bad, but it's consistent so you know what you're getting. Frequently the servers don't speak English very well, they don't check on you very often, and it's overall just a weird service experience. However, the food has been consistently good for years. It's inexpensive, tasty and generally hits the spot when I'm craving... More
