The beer is great. I recommend Dopplebock. The food was average to good. The service was a little off. It was not a busy night so it might be more fun with a bigger crowd.

Today I stopped in to grab a beer, dinner, and work a little bit, as I have done hundreds of times in the last 15 years. Unfortunately the wireless was down, no big deal, so I ordered my meal to go. After I ordered a black bean burger, the server, Madison, asked me how I wanted my black bean burger... More

Great food, beer and service! Overall, I was very impressed. Ask to sit next to the fireplace, it's not as crowded.

My wife & I always set at the bar to get the full experience, very little help from staff - beer was average.

We really enjoyed our food at the Back Country. The service was great and we were a large party. I would stop again if I am anywhere near Frisco.

We had stopped at the back country brewery several years ago while traveling through Frisco. And on our return trip we decided to try it again and thought it was just as good as the first time. They have several really good beers. The food and service are good and if it's warm enough sit outside on their upper deck... More

This is a great place for pizza in Frisco, The menu is moderate price and nice portions. Wait staff is fast and friendly. We will definitely eat here again on our next visit.

We stopped in for a happy hour drink and ended up with dinner too! They have a good selection of beers which we enjoyed while sitting on the outside porch. There is nice indoor dining and cushion seating too. While Frisco is a dog friendly town, there is no place for dogs here. We enjoyed the hot artichoke dip served... More

There are a LOT of breweries in Colorado and several to choose from in Summit County. My wife and I had just finished a long bike ride and we were looking for beer and lunch. We walked across the street to Back Country where, in front of the building, they advertised $3 beer from 3pm-6pm and all day on Sundays.... More

My wife and I had driven to Granite from Breck for Ziplining and Whitewater rafting (we were still in our adventure gear) and stopped in Frisco for dinner. Backcountry was perfect. Pizza and Sandwich with beers and wine with excellent service and we were all set. I recommend Backcountry as a relaxing end of adventure day spot.
