Traveling to Grand Junction should feel like a day in the big city for the surrounding communities. Similarly, a Suehiro dining experience should be fulfilling and moderately priced. Well. Relevancy is toted like a good pair of socks in a worn out pair of shoes....More

Suehiro is an oasis of Japanese cuisine. The miso soup is perfect. The edamame well prepared and served. We enjoyed other the 3 appetizers we ordered. Beef, shrimp and tuna, all on skewers. The tuna could've been taken off the grill about 30 seconds earlier....More
My husband and me want for our anniversary. The service was bad 30min for see our waiter. The sushi was good. I take the seafood plate i was sick all night. The cocktail was bad. I am pretty disappointed.
My wife and I had dinner there last night. I was rather surprised at how good everything was and how efficient the service was. Very pleased.
This place is always happening on weekends and Valentine's Day. Immediately served delicious simple soup. Good sushi for Colorado. Very affordable too. Staff is always nice. Fun quasi-traditional tables available. Closed between lunch and dinner 2-4. Always a treat.
Very busy, because local people know the food is very good. No reservations. Sashimi really fresh, presented elegantly. Server July loves her job, and her customers, and showed it in every way. Unexpected, splendid experience!
A Grand Junction landmark. First and best sushi and Japanise food. Excellent food and service. From tempura to raw, I have enjoyed everything I have ever ordered.
