We had eaten several time at this place but after a year gap we ordered to go recently. The lomein was horrifying, it seemed veggeies and chicken were not cooked together with lomein with any sauce. I ordered medium spicy but it was spicy ,...just spicy no other flavour at all. All dry looks like they just tossed lomein and veggies in to go box. Very DISAPPOINTING!! Not worth the price!!More

Very good Pho and very good noodle bowls. Have been coming here for years and always good. My wife loves it as do my adult children. Service is good and we will be back. My favorite Asian restaurant across all genres.

I love Pho. I eat it at least 3-4x a month and like trying new places. I have my go-to places but thought “why not?” when I was driving on Arapahoe on a rainy day. First thing first, this place has a take out system...during this pandemic like a boss. I sat and watching a dude running in and out grabbing orders with mask on, gloves on, and delivering it to vehicle after vehicle on the passenger side for a no-contact transfer. The doors were open- so no need to touch doors, the pay thing was separate and had Clorox wipes next to it- so you alone could wipe and pay without any contact. The spacing signs were up but I watched him call in person by person-1 at a time- separately so no close contact was needed to get the food at all. The phone number was on door to call in the order. Impressed in their safety protocol was an understatement. They did EXCELLENT! Now the super important part- the food. Large portions and broth was excellent. I am super picky with Pho and it was very good. It was wrapped to not spill and bags were tied. I will come back for sure. This was a business transitioning for customer safety and the food was A+. Thank you for going the extra mile for my safety. It is appreciated!More

This is our go to for pho and we’ve eaten here literally over a 100 times. Got carry out recently, a dish of pad Thai which we’ve eaten dozens of times. It was horrid. Tasted like greasy noodle with no sauce. We called to give...them a heads up, asking if there was a new chef and they actually agued with us saying it was because we had added tofu. What happened to customer service there? Will never get carry out here again. I’m not sure we will return which is a shame.More

Have eaten here three times and all were good experiences. Pho is very tasty and I always order the largest portion to have take home since I cannot finish the entire bowl. Service is average overall. On our last visit we left before being seated....All the tables were filled and a number of groups waiting. No one ever came to us to put us on a waiting list. Parking is in large lot in front but always crowded with lots of restaurants and shops in this mall. Definitely worth a visit if in the area.More

The ingredients are fresh and the preparation is authentic making for the best dishes. The place is popular and the number of employees helping each table ensures no drag in service.

We had made a large to go order last week , not sure if that was the reason for delivering order in insufficient quantity and also not giving any chicken in a kung pao chicken dish . One of the dish we had ordered was...shrimp fried rice , I had the same item at their restaurant multiple times and could clearly tell they didn't provide the portion in right quantity , it was half the size of the right quantity they provide at the restaurant . Not sure if they were using the fact that it was a large delivery and so we will ignore the fact but providing less quantity is not ethical . The other order which was a kung pao chicken didn't any chicken piece in it , only thing in the dish was peanut , bakchoy and lot of onions .. again this was completely unacceptable and wrong , we had to throw the dish away ... I would expect the owners to take notice of this and do something about the situation so it doesn't get repeated again . Otherwise you are going to lose customers like meMore

I hold classes in the vicinity of Pho Saigon. One of my students was eating there every day and I asked why. He told me the food was phenomenal. I thought to myself "it's a pho restaurant, what's the big deal?". Now I know. Had...lunch there a few days ago and was absolutely blown away by the quality of the pho. My father and I both agreed it was the best we have had in years. Absolutely delicious. At 1:30 p.m. on a Friday the place was absolutely packed and they were also putting out many to-go orders. I cannot wait to eat here again.More

Been eating here off and on for approx 10 years. Consistently good. Sometimes great. What more can you ask for? And the staff are mellow and never hassle you or get into your business. Wide variety of foods on the menu, including Chinese and Thai...dishes if you or your friends may not favor Vietnamese food or are scared to try. I ate a large bowl tonight that was ridiculously full of meats and noodles. Took me forever to finish. Biggest bowl I’ve ever had actually, and I’ve been eating pho for decades. And the broth was just about perfect. It tasted so good I probably shouldn’t have even seasoned it. Probably overall not the flat out best pho in Denver, but by far in my top tier of fav pho joints. The only thing bad about this place is at peak times the parking lot is packed and you may have to park farther away than you’d prefer. A minor and only occasional inconvenience. I’ve been to every pho joint in the tech center enough times to compare, and overall this place is consistently the best. And if I stray somewhere else out of convenience or just to try, I always wind up coming back to Pho Saigon.More

Very good food and big servings. I went here for lunch and liked it very much. Had the beef rice noodle bowl eating all it, it is a big bowl. The noodles come with sliced Jalapeno peppers and basil leafs on the side. I like...to put in a little Sriracha for spicy flavor. There were a lot of people in the restaurant and several large televisions as well. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was clean.More

We have been coming here for years and the quality of their pho has never diminished. The only dishes we ever get are the pho bowls and fresh spring rolls with shrimp. The depth of flavor in the broth is truly perfect. We have tried...other pho restaurants around town and this is without a doubt the best. I get the large bowl with rare steak and well done brisket while my wife gets the veggie bowl with fried tofu. I’d like to try some of the other dishes in the future but it is hard to tear myself away from the delicious pho bowls. There is always enough for lunch the next day because they load the bowls up so much. The service is always prompt but never super friendly; it has never bothered me because we have our faces buried in our bowls.More

The food was great, it came quick but neither the host, server or cashier ever smiled or looked at you in the eye. From the moment we walked in, the host pointed to the corner and said “over there corner” the waitress was dry not...friendly. At checkout, the cashier said “write your tip and sign” what? Since when was a tip obligatory? Especially with unfriendly staff, no way! Sometimes service really ruins your meal. Won’t be back.More

Order the chicken noodle bun and combination fried rice. The chicken was of marginal quality. The lettuce that was put into this chicken noodle bun was scraps of iceburg and romaine. Can only say the sauce had a very fine Lemongrass flavor. The fried rice...was without flavor. The meat was grizzly. It was average at best. You have to ask for everything. Waiters not very friendly. After visiting Vietnam, this was a total disappointment.More
