We stayed at this hotel and we had diner here several times. It came in handy. Nice, warm place, great atmosphere, dogs allowed. Portions are very big.

Stopped in for dinner without a reservation. Stood at host stand for 5 min before the bartender finally came over (not sure where everyone else was - dining room was maybe half full at best). We were told that two groups of 10 with reservations were coming so we sat in the bar area (wear layers due to heavy draft... More

We ate here with high hopes because it seemed to get decent reviews and we were staying at the hotel. The hotel does not have room service but you can order food to go from here as long as its before 9pm. We ate during happy hour and aside from burgers or sandwiches the dinner menu was limited. I got... More

So crowded. Lines out the door, and long waits for tables. We lucked out and snagged a table big enough for our party in the bar area. Service was slow, food was just okay, but everyone was so hungry it didn't matter. Probably what you expect with the crowds this time of year

The Black Bear Grill is on the main floor of the Inn at Keystone. The menu ranges from pizza to sandwiches to full dinner entries all at reasonable prices; which tend to be hard to find at ski resorts. We especially liked their fresh trout dinner.

If you don't have time or inclination to go elsewhere the food is fine. Nothing to brag about, no need to make a special trip. Staff was very good.

Had dinner here one nigh. The pizza was lukewarm and soggy. Also, lacked much flavor. But at least it was convenient after a day of skiing.

The bad was the food. Our calamari appetizer was chewy, my burger was rare when I had ordered medium and my husband's steak was cold and rare when he had ordered medium as well. The manager did take care of everything that was wrong except the steak. The service was good and it was a great atmosphere but we really... More

So regretful we didn't go to Jimmy Johns :( Why? $108 dinner for 4. Was not worth it. The menu sounded really good but food was less than average. At least I'd know my $30 at Jimmy Johns would be worth it.

Great deck and views, I was surprised it wasn't promoted/served. My wife and I shared a Santa Fe burger that was perfectly cooked (actually med-rare not med-well!). You gotta be hungry for this one. The fries were just right too, not soggy/greasy and just crisp enough. What we saw for full dinners looked good and seemed well received by the... More
