Tucked away behind a gas station is an unexpected sushi restaurant that serves Hawaiian food. For your don't do sushi friends, there is a Juicy Lucy cheeseburger and more. How fun is that when you're craving sushi. It gets crowded around 6:30pm in this small casual neighborhood. So yummy sushi for dinner followed by Hawaiian malasadas for dessert, yum.

I went to the Iwayama Sushi and Da Big Kahuna Bistro with my son and his wife. The restaurant is unassuming and is located in a strip mall on the corner of Simms and W. Brandt in Littleton. The sign in front only says "Sushi". The restaurant is small, but popular. Upon entering, we were greeted by one of the... More

My sister and family are regulars at this place--and they are foodies to an extreme. We tend to go here every visit we make to Colorado and there's usually a special occasion involved (e.g., birthday, graduation, etc.). That said, it's a very small place, so go early if you're with a crowd. Concerning food, I struggle to chose because everything... More

My eighth grader is a big Spam fan, (thank you, Mr. Andrews of Goddard Middle School). When I mentioned that I had noticed that we had a Hawaiian option nearby, she couldn't wait to get there. They actually only have one Spam item, and it's "Sushi", which is probably a good endorsement for them but leaves out so many Hawaiian... More

But my wife is. This is where I was introduced to sushi, and I have never regretted it. Of course, when you start with one of the best, everything else misses the mark. Teriyaki chicken is great. The teriyaki beef is the best thing on the menu in my opinion. Made fresh everytime. Moderately priced..downside is they have Japanese portions,... More

After having a friend recommend this restaurant many times, I finally tried it. What can I say, Iwayama is now my Families favorite restaurant. This last month I think we ate there at least once a week. The food is amazing, fresh and handled with care. This restaurant is family owned and they take great pride in serving top quality... More

The place is tiny so go early or during off hours to be seated right away. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about the food. The sushi fish is flown in fresh, the tempura is perfect and even the hamburger is one of the best I've had. It's one of those places that you want to shout out praises... More

I had a business meeting with a pharma rep and she suggested this out of the way place because we both love sushi. it's Just Right For SUSHI! It's a small restaurant in a strip mall that DOESN'T take reservations and will get busy beyond belief so get there early! The interior is very plain but what you'd expect for... More

Great non-chain environment with really good sushi! It's a small restaurant in a strip mall, very unassuming but good service and God food!

When our grandson visits he wants Sushi so we were happy to find this restaurant in our neighborhood. We have been there several times and as I didn't like the idea of Sushi I could find something else to eat (that was cooked) but I have to say now that I really enjoyed all the bites they would give me...
