We typically select restaurants in cities that are new to us very carefully. We chose PJ's because we were starving and our daughter liked a sign in the window. After looking at the menu posted outside we decided to give it a try. What a great spot! Great beer selection. Wonderful Polish food along with typical pub fare. Great service... More

This place had good food and good service. A little on the high side but was worth it. Our server was very knowledgable with his foods and what to recommend. It was an interesting place to eat. Try it out if you like to try something different and interesting.

Arrived on a very cold day with 2 children in tow. Nice cozy bar and restaurant attached to apartment residences. There is a charm that is "we are not corporate and neither is our food". We noticed most of the patrons had ordered something with a potato pancake, so we went for it. We shared the Beef Stroganoff and Goulash... More

My husband and I have been to PJ's twice now when visiting Manitou Springs. The food is really top notch -- really fantastic comfort food. The goulash on a potato pancake was so filling and delicious. It didn't look to be a huge portion when it was set in front of me, but I ended up taking plenty home with... More

It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the inside is well decorated, comfortable, and welcoming. All the waitresses were very friendly & wanted to do anything to please you. The waitress was great , listening to all the detailed instructions the kids have her on their order. I ordered the Grilled Romaine Salad w/ Southern Style Chicken, it... More

We were in Manitou Springs during the flood of 2013. We came to PJ's and were told that the water had been turned off, so they were having to prepare everything with bottled water!! The rest of the patrons were having such a great time that we decided to stay, and we were not disappointed. Very fun staff, and very... More

Worried at first with the scant crowd but remembered it was off season. Beef stroganoff was very flavorful but maybe a little light on the beef. The goulash was really good and oth are served on crispy potato pancakes. We enjoyed our meal and granted the mid priced dinner selection in town is not over abundant but likely this would... More

We were here over the summer visiting the area. My fiancé, who is Ukrainian and I were looking for a good place to eat. The food here is amazing... we had perogis and goulash and it was absolutely delicious. So authentic and flavorful, similar to the homemade food his grandmother makes back at home. (And she is from Ukraine) Be... More

We were wandering through Manitou Springs just exploring the town when we realized that a) we were starving and b) we didn't have any restaurant planned. Enter PJ's Bistro. Walking in, the restaurant looks like any small bar or tavern, however that's where the similarities end. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and mentioned how the owner makes all of the... More

We went in with family of all ages and it was a fantastic surprise to all of us! They had American food as well as different dishes like homemade perogies and Meatball stew. The kids had cheeseburgers that were huge and I believe they were 1/2 pounders and very tasty. Our server made us feel special and was very warm... More
