We had dinner outside and all was wonderful. Great ambience and by chance the owner was seated next to us. We remarked about how wonderful the ribs he was having looked and he said they were not on the menu but a minute later our...More
The posole soup was to die for! So glad the waitress suggested it to me! And I have now made some at home!

The key focal point of the dinner experience is the atmosphere. We ate here in May and got to eat in the formal dining room. Beautifully restored old hotel. Excellent service with very fine food.
Stopped for the night in Ouray. Decided to have dinner at the Beaumont Grill. The meal was very good, the service was excellent, and the setting was unforgettable in this great old hotel. Would certainly visit this restaurant again.
