We ate breakfast there twice during our stay in Pagosa Springs. it is breakfast and lunch only. Be prepared to wait if you don't get there early. My wife had a veggie omelet and the Denver omelet that were both good and I had the waffle and then biscuits & sausage gravy. One of the best places to eat in... More

Had the smothered Omelet with green chili sauce. Yummy. Came with hash browns and toast. Washed it down with good coffee. 5 of us and only complaint was it was alot to eat. Will go back.

Love the Rose. This wonderful eatery is our traditional farewell meal site on the morning we leave Pagosa Springs for home in Arkansas. They've redecorated, but the food is still wonderful. Super nice, hard-working servers always make us feel welcomed and well-fed. The breakfast burrito might be the best one in town. We'll be back!

A gem in our book. Small and quaint. Located within walking distance of the springs. Service was excellent, the food was excellent also. Both of us had two scrambled eggs with toast and grilled potatoes. I would recommend this restaurant.

After watching the launch of the Colorfest hot air balloon watch, we stopped here for breakfast. It was a busy Sunday morning and we patiently waited for a table to open up. When it did, we were seated and then waited and waited . . . and waited for a waitperson. Three parties after us were seated and drink orders... More

First we waited in line outside the restaurant for about 25mins to eat here wish there was the option of a reservation or wait list or something instead. Once we got in our waitress was nice, and we got our food quickly considering how busy it was. The food was all fine but nothing at all amazing that I would... More

We stopped for breakfast in Pagosa Springs while driving home from Durango and had no idea what we would find. We located The Rose while checking out the Visitor Center. Glad we did. Wonderful menu with some very interesting takes on breakfast fare. Plan on trying some of their ideas at home. If you are looking for something a bit... More
