It’s been on our radar for months now but a friend and I finally took the plunge after all but drooling over their daily Instagram pictures and videos! This isn’t simply great food and great service, it’s food art and flavours of the highest degree....More

Wedding Anniversary dinner. We both thoroughly enjoyed the Tuesday Taster Menu and accompanying wines. The taste delicacy..... and intensity of flavours, presentation, combinations, service, attention to detail and quality of food was wonderful. Dare I say.......my favourite meal out......ever......!

Award winning food with only the best ingredients. This restaurant is heading for a mitchlin star. Only recommendation is that if you like a menu with a huge selection this restaurant is not for you.

We have visited the Two Cooks previously and thought the food very good, but did pick up on a couple of irritating details. Very little to complain about this time! A family meal for four on a very busy Thursday night there (we were squeezed...More

Very disappointed with our night here. We had made a reservation for my husband's birthday and arrived on time. We were told there would be a slight delay for our table and were directed to wait downstairs. This is completely understandable but the fact that...More

Description
Seasonal Modern Cuisine Our Menus at TwoCooks are seasonal and therefore change frequently. The menu evolves according to what ingredients are available and we also take inspiration from various other cuisines, cultures and our travels which are always food orientated. We source the best quality ingredients through local farmers who grow our herbs or special vegetables and top end suppliers in both Dublin Smithfield market and Rungis International Market in Paris. When we plan and design the menu a huge emphasis is placed on vegetables and textures of ingredients in most cases meat plays second fiddle. We use top quality ingredients local and organic as much as possible. Fermentation and preservation is always present on our menus as this plays a huge role in that perfect Umami or that weird and wonderful flavour one might not be familiar with but its that knowledge, skill and long hours of work which makes TwoCooks Menu special and interesting.
