My husband eat here every summer. The food is excellent. My husband had the salmon and I had the flat iron steak...both were delicious. We have been twice this summer and might try to go again.

Chef Eamonn is here because he loves living in a tiny little out of the way mining town and his cuisine competes with any in any city. There was an early bird special ($15.00) but we aren't early birds. Very nice bottle of Spanish Godello...More

The Argentine Grill has the best food in the Telluride area. The food is always cooked just right. We have enjoyed eating there for both dinner and brunch. It is well worth the 45 minute drive from Telluride. Eamonn's food is always great.

Our food was FABULOUS. The service was attentive. The only problem was the lack of bar ware - we ordered a bottle of white for the appetizers and a bottle of red for the entrees and had to "volunteer" to reuse our glasses. We had...More

Ate here for our 1st anniversary dinner and tonight for our 10th anniversary. Food was outstanding. We had steak and salmon, both of which was wonderful. The steak was rarer than I normally like, but I enjoyed it anyway due to the great flavor. Cocktail...More

Chef Eamonn O'Hara brings to the quiet town of Rico -Prospector -his cuisine is contemporary modern American cuisine-with heavy emphasis on local organic meats & produce giving the restaurant a distinctively regional flair.O'Hara has been fortunate to work with some of the worlds top chefs like Wolfgang Puck and Dean Fearing of Mansion on Turtle Creek fame.
