Little tiny place, if you're driving there's not much chance you'll be able to park nearby. One you do though it's pretty good. Prices aren't bad, and the service was decent. They have a decent variety on the menu a well.

This is a simple family / neighborhood dining establishments. The decor seemed dated but the place looked neat and clean. Our server was friendly and welcoming, despite the fact that we are clearly outsiders visiting (non-locals sometimes receive a chilly reception at rural Colorado eateries). In fact, or table of four women was laughing and joking with our good-humored waitress... More

We were happy with the service and meals we received. For a small town restaurant, it appears to be well maintained and we will probably make it a regular stop on our way through the region.

I would drive back to Saguache just to eat at this restaurant! Food is fantastic, and the fries are made fresh from local SLV potatoes.

The hamburgers are really good. Margaritas are decent, though I personally opt for a Modelo. The rest of the food is Okay. Not much around these parts, so Oasis is the place to go in Saguache for dinner (if it's too late for 4th Street Bakery). Big screen and "bar" in back room--open on big game day--stuffed with locals and... More

Heard the burgers were good but never got to try them. Stopped on a Tuesday night, walked in to several open tables and after 15 minutes of not even being acknowledged, we decided to leave. Even a glass of water would have made me wait, but they didn't even look at us.

Stopped here for breakfast on our way through, and glad we did. Service was good, decor typical local cozy, food very good. Prices average: our total was $23 for a full meal. When and if we ever get back through Saguache, we'd go back. Great service and value.

On our way home we stopped for lunch. Not fancy, but they sure know how to do burgers! The menu offers Mexican and American food. Limited menu, but it's popular with the locals in this small town. We'd stop here again.

Tasty. Well prepared. Good variety including many southwestern offerings. Easy parking. Great service. Very reasonable prices. Indeed this is an oasis.

The dining options in this small town are very limited. Everything closes by 8pm. Food was okay. Service the same. Obviously locals were the majority of the patrons. Cocktails available.
