Last night I invited friends from out of town to meet us at 8pm.All 4 of us wanted Medium. The filets came burned ,I couldn't even chew it. I would have taken it back, but I didn't want to ruin our reunion. We were all...speechless. I can't believe the server would put it on our table.. My family and I went here in hope of getting some good steak. Were surprised that they only offer filet mignon with baked potato and salad. Thats it!!! I understand having a limited menu, especially due to COVID. But you don't even have fries or...vegetables?? We ended up leaving and not even ordering. Just thought you should know before you walk in and then have to walk out like we did.More

This is the globs of fat from what they called a 12 ounce cut of (prime rib). When we requested a discount to be the equivalent of the smaller 8 ounce cut they said that's what happens when you order it medium rare. We told...the waitress that is absurd, we come here at least once a month since 2008 and we won't be back. She forwarded our message to the owner and she came back and said " the owner said who cares, we are closing permanently Labor day weekend, tough"... It's now called Sante Fe Trail, we don't know if the same owner just switched gears and added Salidas 6th Mexican restaurant or not, as no phone number exists.More

This is my first time in a restaurant that only offers one item on the menu. On certain nights, you have a choice of filet mignon and on other nights, the choice is prime rib. I am not wild about prime rib, but it was...very good. In fact, the food was so good, we went back the next night. I would definitely recommend the place.More

This was recommended to us. They have a set menu - you get what you get. The night we went, it was Filet Mignons. You can order different sizes and the prices are incredibly reasonable. The meal comes with a piece of French bread, a...wedge salad, a baked potato and a small slice of cantaloupe served on a bed of kale. The margaritas are $3.75 and pretty good. The waitress was very nice. They spray down the tables and everything is set up for COVID social distancing. An enjoyable experience. We found our steaks cooked on a slightly warmer setting than ordered. So if you like medium rare - which I do, I would rather have ordered Medium to get my steak the way I like it. But they did cook it a bit longer when asked. Dark inside and a bit 'greasy' feeling to me - so I lowered the rating because of that - not because of food or service.More

Limited menu but Filet Mignon, and Baked Potato were very good. Salad could have been a little better but I am not sure if they tried to keep salad as hands free because of Coronavirus. Will visit again when in the area.

Steak was melt in your mouth tender and juicy, baked potato was cooked to perfection. Service was excellent. What more can I say!

Every time we go gold dredging, we make it a point to stop in for dinner. We (my family) all get the filet. Don't go in thinking there is a large menu they do a few things but they do them very well. Wait staff...is alway good and friendly. My wife is a Chef and we own a restaurant in Wichita KS. And we are fans of Quincy's.More

Quincy's has a set menu depending on when you go. It's either Prime Rib or Filet Mignon. It comes with a salad wedge, which is delicious and a baked potato and warm bread (also delicious). We have always liked going there. The service is friendly...and fast. On our last visit, we went on prime rib night, and we found the meat to be pretty fatty (much more than we remembered). We will try again on Filet Mignon night and see how that is.More

I don't know specifically but you could avoid the bread and certain salad dressings. I don't know how careful they are in the kitchen. Best to call the restaurant.
