Some things are hard to figure out. Such as why people flock to restaurants with mediocre food. Maybe it is lack of competition in that food category. Siam has an extensive menu that includes fusion and specialty dishes. We ordered the satay and dumpling appetizer. We enjoyed these. The tum-yum soup had a different, sweeter and less tangy flavor than... More

Not sure what all the hubbub is about. Mediocre, over-priced Thai food. Won't go there again. Wouldn't recommend it to a friend. Portion sizes were small. We got Basil Beef stir fry, Mango Salmon for the kids, a kid's meal with 2 beef skewers and dries out fried rice and a platter with shrimp and duck.

After going to Telluride 4 times and not trying Siam. We finally went and all the trips before I missed out on some of the best Thai food outside of Thailand put out of a tiny kitchen of four! Food is to die for and the ambiance and staff amazing!!!!!! Being a huge foodie it will be a place I... More

Having never been to Telluride, I wasn't expecting outstanding Thai food, but that's exactly what we got at Siam. The pot of Tom Yum we shared was super tasty, and each of our party ordered different entrees and loved them. The hand rolls were interesting and delicious, and served as my entree along with the Tom Yum. The other guests... More

We stumbled in to Siam a few years ago while skiing at Telluride. It is now a tradition, and we always go back when we are in town. The food is outstanding. The servers know the menu well, and offer good advice on selections. Be sure to call the restaurant at 4 PM the day you want to go, and... More

You have to book a table for this is a very popular restaurant. We got a very kind waiter and great help to order for the families. Not a single dish was of target. Simply the best Asian food I have enjoyed for a very long time.

Was tired of the pizza and pub fare on the mountain and checked out Siam, right across the way from the condo, and it was well worth it. Never had Tom Kha soup but seriously want to go get some for breakfast and dinner tomorrow! Also tried a few of the steamed buns, which could have used a little more... More

The menu is extensive, requires a little expertise from wait staff. We called ahead for a table and they actually called us back to say the table was ready earlier- we had originally asked for an earlier time. Very accommodating and the food was fantastic.

We went for drinks and appetizers après ski. The bartender was friendly. We ordered yummy ahi tuna lettuce wraps. We really enjoyed the duck and pork buns. The appetizers were beautifully presented with saffron threads on top and a beautiful orchid on the plate. Next time in Telluride, we want to go back for dinner.

Thank Susan O
