The tag line of this place has three of my favorite things, beer, bourbon and BBQ. Was a great place to hang out for apres ski right off the gondola. I recommend it.

Right in the Camels Garden Hotel Complex. Next to the Telluride Gondola. Outside and inside seating. Service is fast. Pricing is acceptable for a resort area. Convenient and plenty of seating.

This place rocked. Go. There. Great service, beginning with the guy that takes your order. He'll give you a number, you take it to your table. Short wait for good quality food. Maybe best sweet potato fries I've ever had. Brisket sandwich was awesome. All at a good price. Do. It.

Excellent barbeque. Undoubtedly the best in Telluride. Stop in for lunch mid-day at least a few times during each ski trip in Telluride. The brisket is second to none - highly recommend. Beers are cheap, too, especially when considering expensive prices throughout Telluride given the inevitable ski-town (resort) premium tacked on to food and drinks. I also love the steak... More

The ribs were good, the chicken was very dry, the sides were good and had a nice selection of beer. You order at the counter and they bring out your food. Good place for a family on a budget.

I eat here several times each time I come to Telluride from Alabama. My favorite is the chicken fried steak slathered in gravy which covers a 12 inch plate. The ribs are falling off the bone tender, nicely smoked. Six ribs and a side of fries is more than most people should eat. This is Alabama style southern barbecue. Every... More

Since it was late when we arrived in Telluride, we ate dinner at the OAK restaurant which was on the first floor of our hotel, the Camel’s Garden. We placed our order at the counter and staff delivered food to our table. The large room was noisy, portions were large, and we didn’t care for the pulled pork sandwiches that... More

Place where the locals have lunch. Very good options and very good service. I had a Cob Salad that was great. And it is a very good cost benefit. If I can make just one suggestion : they could by a expresso machine!

We love coming to the Oak to have drinks and grab a bite to eat after a day of skiing. Its terrific location at the base of the hill right be the Gondola in Telluride makes it easy to get to, and the food and drinks are terrific. But most of all, we love the staff. From Rob (kind of... More

We love going to Oak Street to eat -- also known as Camelgarden to us due to the hotel that's attached to it. We love skiing down Telluride Trail, and dropping our skis to eat here. The macaroni and cheese with bacon is great! All the dishes are amazing, and don't forget to order a beer. There's a porch outside... More
