Pricey for what we ordered and I travel year around so I'm fairly level headed on prices, but the food was good and vibe of the restaurant was fun and energetic.

Given the otherwise gorgeous hotel our final dinner after this business meeting was a little disappointing. It was a group dinner with limited menu options and, no, it was not bad at all. But after having spent 3 days in this fabulous resort and having...More

The food here was good but not great, we had 3 meals here during our business meeting and they were buffet style. The garlic shrimp was great.

Great service and atmosphere. Typical Four Season prices. You pay for the quality and location, especially if you are staying at the resort We particularly love Four SEASON’S Bircher Musieli. A real treat With a cup of there great coffee you can’t go wrong.

Great service, amazing food. Love that the table had a variety of yummy dipping sauces for the meat. The price is $$$ but you feel like you got your moneys worth. Splurge and there will be no regrets. Try the grilled octopus!

Make dining fun again. Four Seasons Resort Vail has reinvented Flame Restaurant with inventive twists on classic steakhouse favorites. Start off by tempting your palate with elk corndogs and a duo of dipping sauces, indulgent sides, such as truffled comte fritters with wild mushroom and bacon ragout, or satisfy your sweet tooth with maple bacon doughnuts with cherry bourbon compote. Of course, our menu still offers a variety of prime steak selections, like the 32-ounce dry-aged Waygu Ribeye, which is cooked to perfection under our 1,800 degree custom broiler, paired with house-made sauces and carved tableside.
