We were terribly late for our reservation due to incompetent hotel concierge and weather and Matsuhisa was totally fine with it. Service was amazing. Food was ever better. Loved it!

The restaurant is very loud and not at all intimate or romantic. Hostess was on the phone for 5 minutes as a line piled up in front of her. Appetizers (rock shrimp and crispy rice tuna) were good but those are basic and cannot be screwed up although edamame was cold. The entree of a sea bass SHOULD melt in... More

The best Black Cod I have ever tasted. Expensive but well worth the price. The service is always the best.

this elegant and sophisticated restaurant is very popular in vail. Come with as many people as you can to sample all the items. Very pleasant service, everything was delicious and the deserts to die for. Extremely good wine list, a bit pricey but that's expected. No table without reservation, elegant crowd, very pleasant,

When you eat at a Nobu restaurant, you expect the food to be phenomenal, but what stood apart for us for the incredible service by Ashley. All of her recommendations, both food and sake were simply brilliant, and the fact that she was helping you with incredible positive energy and a smile even though it was rather late in the... More

Definitely, Chef Matsuhisa is a legend. Food is A+, Service is awesome, servants are Top Top, ambient is Soho style....amazingly, prices are not scary. Make a reservation with time during the skiing season, but do not miss the chance to enjoy a remarkable night.

We felt we were in a special place when we walked in the door and were not disappointed. Each dish was carefully prepared using the best ingredients. We followed the waiters suggestion, and ordered "family style". Dishes were delivered in stages, each more delicious than the next. At times we may have felt rushed, but understand that during Christmas they... More

Had a family holiday dinner for 7 people and was extremely disappointed. They had music so loud we could not carry on a dinner conversation. I actually was texting my son at other end of table because he could not hear me. Our Server "Bobbi" when asked to describe the chefs menu for the night could not answer such a... More
