This is a very good little restaurant... We have been a number times and always been pleased with the service and the quality of the food. Not a big menu, but everything is done well, particularly the tapas menu.... yum. Keep ordering and make a meal that way!

Carmen is a great choice for well prepared casual food. On a lunch visit, I enjoyed the Crab and Shrimp Salad Louie, perfectly seasoned and sized. My husband had a Colorado Burger which was cooked to medium rare and served on a Brioche bun. Our friend enjoyed the ravioli special and even had enough to take with her for an... More

Great food that can change with chief specials that make you want to know what's cooking tonight. Even a wine discount night that family and friends have enjoyed.

Lost in a strip mall next to the movie theater in Woodland Park you will find this hidden gem. My wife and I closed on our new home inside the Tapas Bar. A very small.. intimate restaurant.. Serving quality food and offering great customer service.. From appetizer to salad to entrée you won't be disappointed.. Just wish they would bring... More

Food is outrageously fantastic! Street tacos rock. And I am from taco world... good beers and wines! Hey! The pecan pie was award winning! Hard to find but worth the look! Cheers!

We are in Woodland Park two nights camping at diamond RV park and wanted a great place for dinner. We debated and looked on TripAdvisor and decided on Carmen after reading the reviews. There was a short wait and we decided that was a good sign. We were sat in the very small bar area (two hightop tables and 5... More

Not exactly a great location (right off the busy main street) but the food was delicious. We had 3 Starters -- guacamole and chips, ahi tuna, and crab cakes. All great. Will definitely go back to Carmen the next time we're passing through Woodland Park.
