I enjoy the food here, other friends also speak well of the food and staff. One pet peeve I have with so many Asian places- you ask for pork fried rice instead of white rice with your General Tso's chicken (or any meal) and they say that they can't do that, and I will have to pay $8 more for... We pop in to J Fuji a few times a year. The food is very good, the service is always pleasant, efficient and attentive. I gave it a 4 only because the food used to actually be a bit tastier. That said it is still well worth the visit and I am sure you will enjoy!

this restaurant is absolutely terrible!!. the sushi tasted both fish AND like it had been washed in some horrible chemical, service was either disgruntled old japanese guy or friendly but unknowlidgeable high schoolers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

This is a very good place both to eat in and for take out. Their variety is terrific and the freshness of the ingredients and careful preparation are of the highest quality. Seafood, meat or poultry, you really can't go wrong.

Can't find better Japanese in CT. Great Sushi. Great cold sesame noodles. Great fried ice cream. Great miso soup. Forget Toro.... too expensive....this is the spot!

Always an excellent meal at J Fuji. Love their vegetable gyoza! The noodle is so thin and delicious. Sush is always delicious. My staple is salmon terriyaki with veggies--so yummy. My husband is never disappointed with the general tso's chicken which is all white meat and very crispy. The family that runs the place are very nice and service is... More

I've been going to J. Fugi for years and the quality has always been amazing. Peter always makes sure you feel at home when dining in his restaurant. I highly reccomend this hidden gem in bethel.

Very good food and excellent service. My 10 year old son was blown away when the second time we visited, the waitress not only remembered him, but remembered what he ordered. This place doesn't look like much from the outside; it's easy to not even know it's there. But it's worth a visit. The food is terrific.

J Fuji is tucked away in the back of a small shopping plaza. You have to find it if you like great Japanese food. Newtown/ Bethel / Monroe have some great sushi restaurants like Green Mango and Toro but they don't compare to J.Fuji for taste or value. FIND THIS PLACE AND GO. You won't be sorry you did.
