Pizza is a bit pricey but well worth it. The sauce is lightly added which I personalky like. You can ask for more sauce though. I always order my pizza with their maple fennel sausage. The meat is so good I'd like to be able to buy the sausage to take home. Someone commented on another location that the salt... More

And salad - but that's it. No apps, no pasta, no sandwiches ... not even a roll to go with your salad even if salad is all you're having. So let's focus on the pizza since that's all you can have - it's decent brick oven flatbread pizza - not bad but not stupendous. Atmosphere gets an 'A', service a... More

We enjoyed our drop in meal. We ordered the salad ($7.50) first as we were going to share, and then ordered our two small pizzas ($11.50-12.25). Our server (Danielle) had some problem with the entry of the order, and after a while she cam by and personally apologized that it was her mistake and that the manager would also come... More

I have been to Flatbread Company, several times, for fundraising g events. They donate a portion of their profits, on designated Tuesdays, to local charities. Kudos to them. I like the organic products used. We generally share a salad and their delicious veggie pizza. My only complaint is that the very thin crust does not stay hot for very long.

Overall, a disappointment. "Locally grown" and "organic" are not sufficient reasons for a pizza with a soggy crust and a salad which for its price was undersized. A lot of cleaver hype but short on delivery.

Rustic place with brick oven gourmet pizza and great salads (although if you like seaweed, they have changed to some kind that is hard to chew). The staff is also friendly and helpful. Love the globe lights and organic and local foods. Also nice to see the fire for cooking.

Our house salad 1 class of wine 1 root beer 1 large pizza Came to $39.95 They only offer a small pizza or a large pizza no medium. Their large pizza is no joke the size of a medium. You pay for the freshness of the ingredients and the quality of ingredients. Their service is great and even when they... More

Learnt that flat bread is another name for pizza. Dropped i for a light lunch and ended up with a large pizza! It was very good, just not what I was expecting. Struggled to finish it and learnt why restaurants offer doggy bags in the States
