We have been a few times now and the food and service have been very good. Some dishes are better than others. The meatballs are very tasty and cheesy and the sauce is great. The scallop dish has yummy scallops but not alot else to...More

We haven't been to a "max" restaurant for a while as I've found some of them to be skimpy on portions and amenities. This one is the exception. I recommend the pasta dishes over their stone pies. I had the "special" stone pie topped with...More

A cold Saturday afternoon, we were out and about shopping and decided to go to Max Amore for lunch. The featured soup was mushroom made from scratch, simply divine! My entrée was the fungi pappardelle, delicious!

The tomato sauce was made in house but tasted a little watered down. The menu was small but all the dishes seemed very large portions and made fresh when ordered. They brought out olives, bread, dipping sauce and a roasted garlic head all free. So...More

You can get steak, lamb, and italian dishes. No fried scallops as a main dish but I have had an appetizer with fried scallops and calmari however it varies.
