Worst take out I ever had. I have never reviewed a restaurant before. I expected a fresh fish meal and the food was cold and grease covered. It was sub-Red Lobster quality at Salt Water Grille prices. They were unapologetic and came to my home...and picked up the uneaten meal only to call and say it was perfectly fine. No refund or customer care. I should have sent some Tums with the return because they obviously didn’t taste their own cooking. Seems that they have been getting a lot of poor reviews lately. Another case of pushing profit as a result of COVID-19. Don’t waste your money or the excessive wait. They do note stand behind their product and quality is third world. P.S. Do not leave a generous tip on take out even though you may feel it’s the right thing to do. Call back after you have consumed your meal and then tip because I do believe it is the right thing to do these difficult times.More

Dont waste your time or money. Baked scallops were the worst we'd ever had. Undercooked and $23 for 8 of them. Clam strips were awful. Fries were fries. NOTHING to write home about.....the tent was also very hot with a ton of flies.

They have done a nice job making the dining experience pleasant. Nice tent nice grounds with picnic tables - all table appropriately separated. The whole belly clams were excellent, and a good portion for the price, the onion rings were very good, could have been...better if they were warmer, the lobster roll was nicely filled with lobster and butter, but again the fires could have been warmer. The Cole slaw was meh, but that is a personal taste thing, there was nothing wrong with it. Took a half hour to get our food, but they told us that when we ordered and can't blame them for being busy, just be aware it will take some time to get your food. As with most good seafood places, clams and lobsters are expensive, but unreasonably so. In short, we will definitely be going back.More

Heard about their clams, so we decided to try them out. The clams were small and overly breaded, on the dry side. And for $23 dollars we did expect a larger portion. The string onion rings were warm (not hot) and on the greasy side....Clam chowder not our style. Will not be going back.More

We live nearby and come to purchase salmon and cod for me to cook at home. They have the absolute best quality fish and I'm sad they are closed for a few months in the winter! Can't wait until they open again in a few...weeks.More

Every summer, we have to go to West Shore Seafood. Eating outside under the tent is such fun...lobsters are great, fish is excellent. Cannot go wrong here. Often very, very busy but worth the wait.

This restaurant has no reserved tables, waiter service but it does have wonderfully delicious lobster rolls, hot or cold, and thin, thin circles of fried onion rings. You show up, get a table, order your food from a window and you get a light up...buzzer to tell you when your order is ready. Everything is fresh and made to order. There are kids having fun, I brought my dog and he became part of the crowd. Everybody talks to everybody and it is a few hours spent in having fun for young and old.More

Its BYOB, if you want an alcoholic drink. And I did see some people with a dog that was lying quietly on the ground next to their table.
