when I got my pizza I tried to take off the cheese because i'm not a fan of cheese on my pizza but when I pulled off the cheese but the dough was stuck to the cheese and all there was left was bread

Quattro fromaggio and sausage red pepper to go (couldn't do clams to go this day - clam shortage). Always delish, nice crunchy chewy charred mouth feel crust. May be my favorite pie. And coming from NY that is saying alot! Always day and pleasant too.

They make a great thin crust pizza. Brick oven taste is what makes it. Have been several times when in the New Haven area.

I went for the first time and was very disappointed the pizza was very salty and just not good. It definitely was not worth the money I spent George's pizza in Hartford is way better.
