This is a nice little place on the docks of New London, where we had to wait in line for 30 minutes on a weekday to be served. It was packed with local people eager to buy their famous lobster rolls, and it was well...More

Great lunch or dinner spot with good chowder and a nice selection of seafood. It is BYOB so bring your favorite beverage. Great fish and chips and a nice fish market in the rear.

We ordered a couple of mixed fried seafood and steamed clams. While the former was decent, the latter had quite a bit of sand. Oysters, clams strips and scallops were of good size and not overcooked. Next time, will skip the unremarkable fried plates and...More

Closed for the season now, of course, but over the summer, this was at least an every other week stop for the people I work with. Food is wonderful.

Vacationed here the first week of September this year, the day we arrived, Costello's had closed for the season. So we went to Captain Scott's to get out whole belly clam fix. Picnic tables under a ton roof covered shelter on the edge of the...More

Let's start off by stating that this is not a fancy restaurant. There will be no metal silverware, china plates or table servers. It is hard to find and, when we one there, it was a one lane road at the only entrance. Now that...More
