This is a family-run pizza joint located right on Main Street in Niantic. The menu is pretty large so there’s something for everyone from soup or salad to burgers and fries, pizza, grinders, and larger dinners (baked manicotti, , lasagna, moussaka). The pizza is “pan-style”, not thick crust, not New Haven thin crust, but somewhere in between, and comes in... More

I still have a 60's bank book from the bank that was located here (Still had 9 dollars in the account). This place is great for fast service and quality grinders that hold on to the tradition that this area is famous for...the best damn grinders in the world.

Went there with friends after an event. We were greeted warmly. Everyone ordered something different and everyone was very pleased with there choice. The menu is quite large. Prices were reasonable and portions were ample. Our waitress was friendly and made us feel like we were at home. Overall, a great experience. Would happily go back and recommend it to... More

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat while in the area. The food was on par with other area pizza places, would stop in again when in the area.

There are numerous pizza restaurants in this area, but Family Pizza really does a nice job with good old fashioned pizza. The crust is thick, but not overly doughy, their sauce is great, and toppings are always done just right, never soggy. A great go-to for tradition Friday night pizza night.

This place sells one of the longest hot dog around town. It is beef and that's what I like. It is very tasty. I tried their pizza as well. I'd only recommend to get their hot dog.

Family Pizza – Niantic, CT Quaint little pizza house in Niantic, CT right on Main St downtown. There is ample parking around back which is where we entered the restaurant from. As you walk in there's a car on the right and that's also where the pizza ovens are. The people are super friendly and the service is quick and... More

Love the chicken parm. Waitstaff is always very friendl. They work hard. Been there many times over the years. Patio in summer is fun to have a nice dinn and people watch. The pokemon players were out in full force one night walkin around bumping into each other.

I have been wanting to go to this restaurant for a long time now. They advertise the "longest hot dog in New England." I went with my very good friend and we enjoyed a 22" hot dog. Not 3 hot dogs connected together with 3 buns. They have a delicious 22" hot dog(one long dog) with one bun. As you... More
