Large selection of std breakfast items as well as specials. We both had a special and they came out quickly and very hot! Good service, quaint restaurant.

Homey and friendly, with creative menu choices and reasonable prices. Outside seating in season. We visit several times a year and are never disappointed. Have not been there for lunch.

In an area without a ton of options for breakfast, When Pigs Fly is an interesting somewhat quirky choice. Some odd customs, such as serve yourself coffee, make it an interesting experience. The space is tight and the wait was well over an hour on Labor Day Monday. It was too chilly (for most) to eat outside so the wait... More

I had the Best Hamburger I have ever tasted anywhere!!! It was done to perfection! It was juicy and tasty, exactly the way a hamburger should be, only better! The cook, Jeffrey deserves accolades for this! The waitresses are very sweet, and a really different idea they have, is to have different coffee carafes out, so that you can serve... More

Worth the wait! And the coffee is self serve, so you can have it while you wait! Amazing everything and terrific if you have a table for 15. They make it work!

The breakfast specials menu has a half dozen or so items that are interesting. My house special with pulled pork and eggs was good and a little overwelming. My wife and useless friend did Mavis' medley. Hot, tasty and cheesy. Sourdough toast was great. Counl have had a little more spice. Great hash, Cajun and regular. Clean. Great atmosphere. Super... Old fashioned breakfast/lunch. Food is good, standard, lots of variations. Staff cheerful and friendly and most willing to accommodate special requests. Woud have liked food served a bit hotter, Only issue on a busy Sunday morning.

Probably my 3rd or 4th time there. Soups are astoundingly good, and the grilled cheese was excellent. Just goes to show you can do a few basic things really well and the people will come.

We were a large group of 7 and the place was packed - a good sign! Our wait was only about 10-15 minutes but enjoyed the decor while we waited as well as the coffee!!! We had a little bit of everything from pancakes to Hocus Poachus and we were all pleased with our choices! We like eating breakfast out... More
