When is a half a grinder = to a whole grinder? At 2nd P... And the half is so huge you can only eat half of half. Two meal bonus. Boars Head meat of course. Very fresh rolls. Super fast service. The staff is genuinely warm and friendly. They stock the best chips. The place is warm and nostalgic, which... More

We ordered food for 18 of us and the bill was over $200 so not to bad. The portions are huge, I ordered a Chef Salad and thing came with more meat than the pizzas did. I ate about a third of it. The sandwiches for a half size has to be 10". So what I am saying is the... More

I've been going here for years. I used to work in the CTNG Army Aviation Flight Facility and often went here for lunch and now that I'm retired, my wife and I will drive up there from Glastonbury. Here's why: Value: About $8 gets you a half grinder that you have to struggle to finish yourself (but I seem to... More

We live by this restaurant and come by often as the food is great and the portions are huge. It is family run and the entire staff are extremely friendly. A true find and if you can stop in you certainly won't leave hungry.

I just don't get it. Super average sub, cold and unhelpful staff. Subway is no different, with more options. The only thing I will say that is a good thing is the subs are huge, and you are supporting a local business.

Working in CT near Hartford airport many times, seen a supervisor with a NICE roast beef and cheese sub (oops grinder in CT, actually call it a hoagie here in south jersey) and decided to give it a try. I ordered the large..like 16 bucks. It was enough for 2 full meals. The meat and cheese were all the way... More

I dont know what previous review was talking about when they said needed more meat on grinders......there grinders are loaded with meat. I usually take half of it off and have enough for 3 sandwiches!!! Staff and owner are extremely friendly and accommodating and will even make me something that is not on their menu

Not too bad for a quick bite. The sauce on the pizza is a little sweet for me and the grinders are ok. They most certainly could use more meat on their grinders but it's ok for an average grinder. Basically, you get what you pay for here. They do have fresh vegetables on their pizza unlike some pizza places...

Love their chicken broccoli and pasta. Also very good gyro's. And no one can beat their fried chicken and Jo Jo Potatoes!
